One sunny afternoon, Vito was sitting in his forite café, sipping on a cappuccino and reading the news. As he flipped through the pages, his gaze fell on an article about a rival family that was trying to muscle in on his tf. He chuckled to himself, knowing that this was going to be a fun weekend.
"Tommy, call me when you get off work," Vito said to his son, Tommy, who was working at the local grocery store. "I need to take care of a little business."
Tommy nodded and ge his dad a knowing look. He knew what that meant – trouble was a-comin', and he was ready for it.
Later that night, Vito and Tommy were parked outside the rival family's headquarters. Vito lit a cigarette and took a drag, exhaling a cloud of oke. "Alright, Tommy, it's showtime," he said, adjusting his fedora.
They got out of the car and walked up to the front door. Vito rang the bell, and a goon answered. Vito iled, "Hey, Mike, Vito Corleone here. I need to talk to yo boss."
The goon nodded and stepped aside, letting Vito and Tommy enter the building. They made their way through a sea of bodyguards and finally arrived in a plush off with a g, fancy desk.
The boss, a chubby guy with a handlebar mustache, was sitting behind the desk, sipping on a martini. "Vito, what a please. To what do I owe the honor?"
Vito leaned forward, his vo low. "We got a little disagreement, yo family and mine. I thought we could settle it like gentlemen."
The boss laughed, a hollow sound that sent chills down Vito's spine. "Vito, you know me; I'm no gentleman. But if it makes you happy, I'll make it happen."
Vito iled, knowing he had won the battle. "Great, then let's shake on it. No more trouble."
They shook hands, and Vito and Tommy made their way back to the car. As they drove away, Tommy looked at his dad and said, "You're one tough dude, Dad."
Vito chuckled, "Yeah, I guess so. But don't you worry; I'll always make se o family stays safe."
And so, Vito Corleone continued to protect his family and his neighborhood, all while living a double life as a wise guy and a father. And in the heart of New York City, he was simply known as "the Godfather."
